WHY WE SELL HATCH FOR A LIMITED TIME! Have you experience fresh hatch?! You may find restaurants with a Hatch menu year round. So, why do we offer Hatch for a limited time, while supplies last?

We only sell the BEST, SPICIEST, FRESH (never frozen) Hatch chiles that are harvested and sent to us straight from Hatch Valley in New Mexico. We don't entertain the idea of a mild Hatch chile. That's why we have the BEST tasting Hatch around! The chiles won't last long! Once the spicy Hatch chile harvest is gone, we're out until next year!
