The Blue Goose Cantina debuted in Dallas on lower Greenville Avenue over two decades ago and, throughout the years, has become a favorite haunt for legions of patrons; and with the addition of locations in Addison, Plano, Highland Village and now Frisco customers who discovered the Blue Goose in the 1980's, can continue to engage in favorite menu items as adulthood moves them North. In essence a whole new Blue Goose generation is, and will continue, to populate the DFW dining landscape.
